SeaFront Villa – Larger
There are two Luxury Larger Seafront Villas, Directly on the Beach, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. These Villas include approximately 1200 square foot of living space, marble flooring and fine custom Belizean wood cabinetry. Like all luxury Chabil Mar Villas, zoned air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fully equipped modern kitchen compliment the finely crafted Belize style architecture and decor. Each includes a personal veranda with dining area and hammock.
All accommodations at Chabil Mar are Luxury Villa Suites. They include a full size, fully equipped Kitchen with Belizean wood cabinetry and granite counter tops, Living Area, Dining Area, A/C, Ceiling Fans, Wi-Fi and TV, in addition to the bedroom(s) option you choose.
The ground floor Villa is a one-bedroom en-suite with grand master bedroom and custom four poster bed. The first floor Villa includes two bedrooms and two baths and a grand living area and can be reserved as a one-bed, one-bath Villa for two persons in exclusive Chabil Mar fashion.

“We just returned from a unforgettable experience at Chabil Mar in Placencia, Belize. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a friendly smile and a local rum drink by the staff at Chabil Mar. We were escorted to our room (no lobby check in lines here!) by a lovely hostess. Our villa was perfect! Paintings and wood carvings from local artists and floral arrangements with flowers from the resort. It also features a private table along with an oversized hammock on the patio. Just perfect. I am spoiled and particular, and happily give Chabil Mar a very enthusiastic recommendation”.
