Payment Policies

• Minimum of 2 nights is required as deposit to confirm reservation.
• Full payment is required at least 60 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior, full refund – minus Adm. Fee of $60 US
• Cancellation between 45 and 60 days prior to arrival, full refund minus cost of one night stay
• Cancellation 45 days and less no refund
