A Sampling of Guest Favorites from the Chabil Mar Menu:
- Belizean Breakfast: Two eggs any style, fried fish fillet, refried beans; served with fry jacks or Johnny cakes
- Tropical Fruits: A medley of seasonal fruits.
- Chilequiles: Scrambled eggs combined with fried corn tortillas topped with a spicy Chilequiles sauce and mozzarella cheese.

The on-site restaurant offers both an extensive menu and multiple dining options. I enjoyed a breakfast of golden fry jacks on my private deck and lunch of shrimp ceviche near the pool. Any evening meal, whether it’s simple seafood chowder or grilled fresh lobster, is romantic when it’s specially prepared out on the pier.
